I have been with Storage Post for over a year. I needed to upgrade to a bigger unit recently. They are always there for me in one way or another when needed without any hesitation and this time was no different. A definite 5 star location in this area!

It's ok. Lady behind the desk was reasonable with me. I'm thankful I was able to find a storage during this rough time because of hurricane ida. There is a downside to it. When calling the 1800 number I was told my storage was climate control. However, the lady behind the desk said it was not. Also, you can only access your unit during business hours which is really a pain. I will not complain, but I will not used them again.

So far so good. I acquired my unit online. When I went into the rental office the lady at the front desk asked for my patience because she was new to the position. I didn't mind waiting because I arrived 20 minutes before their closing time. She was so kind and concerned that I got what I wanted( I didn't know my unit would be upstairs). She assured me if any unit downstairs would become available that she notify me immediately and I could change. During these times when everything and everyone is trying to get a sense of normalcy, it is comforting to encounter anyone that has a welcoming and doesn't mind putting in extra work attitude.

Horrible experience at this facility. NEVER recommend anyone going there. I was cheated and overcharged.Being a AAA member I booked the storage in advance. When I reached there facility Manager Mr John, refused any bookings made, also refused any associations with AAA. on The top of it he abused his powers and overcharged rates even higher than advertised price. The Storage is filthy, no cameras, no protection and bad management They give you junk locks which also do not work NEVER recommend anyone going there. Worst experience you can also have
