Just don't like the way they raised the rent fairly immediately after they took over. I understand it might be business practices but our rents had already been raised. It was less than a yr that our rents were raised. So basically 2 rent increases in under a yr. That's crazy. Gave 2 stars cuz I kinda like the place.

Storage Post surpassed my expectations. The rates are very reasonable and it's easy to get in and out while still knowing it's a secure facility. There are covered spaces for parking to load and unload and dollies and wheeled bins to help you move your stuff. I stored my stuff there for 6 months -- Lynda at the front desk was awesome and helped me get set up. Stan the manager is a good guy with a sharp eye. I would definitely rent from them again!

Sign up was smooth, Claudio at the counter is super helpful. The unit is decent and easy to access. They provide dollies. What I like best is that you can drive into the loading area, off the street.

On the negative side, no one was in the office the day I arrived, so I wasted a lot of time waiting for a response. My locker is also on the sixth floor and around some tight corners, so the logistics were challenging. On a positive note, the people who did finally help me were great - very courteous and professional.

Lynda who runs the front desk is a charming and friendly woman who took the time to show me around and work with me on my storage needs. The rates are fair and the online service option is really convenient. It's a perfect location for us too: right in the heart of Alphabet City.
