I came in shopping around for my boss and store and Manny the representative was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming me as a potential customer I am not ready yet to commit but I will definitely choose storage post for my storage needs and will highly recommend this to my boss and other friends and family. the cameras, the 3 elevators, the amazing access hours, the kiosk is very convenient and easy to use, the intercom is very useful to connect to office, I love that you need access codes and it is very easy to use, I will always need moving and or merchandise while handling my belongings on the spot and your store has everything I need, clean facility and clean bathrooms. One thing mainly is the Manny I can't stress enough how good and comfortable he made this experience for me. All The reviews about this man is beyond true, thank you again Manny.

Manny is a great help. Was very useful and helpful. The storage place is very clean and organized. Very simple and everyone is very nice and helpful. Never had any problems that I experienced in other storage places. Manny has been nothing but a helpful and very caring person. Whatever issues or problems I would have he took care of them right away. From day one when I started renting my unit he was a tremendous help. If there were more people like manny in every business it would be so much easier to do your shopping or whatever thing your doing.

From the moment I walked into the facility it felt like home. The Employee Manny who helped me was very helpful and made me feel welcome. The facility is really clean smells good and everything is easy to find and if you need some help everyone is quick to lend a helping hand. We appreciate you for all the information you gave us and for assisting us during our visit. This is a great location 620 Richmond Terrace corner of Franklin and Richmond Terrace. Very affordable, clean and close to the Staten Island Ferry. Ask for Manny he is a great person and very helpful. .We are very satisfied we give you 5 stars.

This Storage Post location has the greatest customer service ever! When I explained what type of storage I needed, the manager , Kimberley, took the time out to show me what type of storage units would meet my needs. Kimberley also explained all of the insurance options and also how to efficiently use the storage space within the unit. This storage unit facility is the best on Staten Island! If I could , I would give more stars! AAAAAAAAAA++++++++++
