HORRIBLE IS ALL I COULD SAY. This storage facility does not care about there customers at all. The gates are always broken & they take well over 3 months to get fixed. The staff is very unprofessional (IF A STAFF MEMBER CAN BE FOUND) I have requested for a manger to please give me a call & it’s now 4 months later & I've yet to receive a phone call. This place is terrible, will be moving out as soon as I can.

The room they gave me (5 by 7) was really dark and really smelly, moldy as there was no lighting and no air flow. Rat traps everywhere which is VERY very concerning!! Nobody helped with anything although I was by myself, a woman, not at the peak of my youth and clearly struggling to my limits to carry and move the few boxes that I had. No clear exit signs so I made a bad turn while exiting the bathroom and got trapped in the storage facility. I kept calling, kept screaming for help until I lost my voice, neither the guy in charge nor the office helped until after about half hour of pure hell and struggle. Not a good start. Definitely not.

Taking the loading dock out for 2 more units is not a great idea. Thank you Eric! For taking the time to reach out and speak with me. I have been a customer here for years and have also recommended this storage to countless individuals over the years. Eric explained to to me that the decision to change the loading dock is not a local management decision. I relayed the inform that from the point of view of a customer reducing or eliminating the loading dock is not I. The best interest of the clients who CHOOSE to store here. A lot of us come in big truck that will not fin in the smaller loading area at 112 bruckner Blvd. Eric and other employees have been great through out the years. This is not their fault although I know the local staff will hear it from the customers. Upper management has the last call and I employ them to make the right choice. Storage post will loose more clientele than what they will gain from the 2 extra units they installed at the loading dock. I hope they resolve this ASAP.
