Worst storage place to go to. They will let you move in a cheap price the rise the rent only 2 months of being there. They have a lady in the office named cidy who is very disrespectful say she is the manager of the place. But she’s for sure isn’t doing here job since There is trash everywhere bed frames couch’s everywhere the front gate is broken where anyone can get into the property. SOMEONE COULD BREAK INTO ANY UNIT. make use pay insurance but none of the cameras work. One of the other tenants there told me how he got broken into almost 1 year ago and they have done nothing for him told him they were not responsible for the items stolen from him They have so many different people working in the office. I don’t think they have a property manager for the property. I do not recommend this place at all. I moved all my stuff out and went to the u-Haul storage facility on refugee Road which by far the place i have never had to worry about anything.

Had a great experience with Tina at the front desk. She was super sweet. It seemed like she had just started the job not too long ago, and she was already very good at the customer service side of it in particular! Clean units, gated entry and exit. No gross critters, etc. 5 stars for my experience with Tina!

My review is good and bad. My mom and I came in to get her a unit. The young lady basically lied and said the largest unit on site was 8x10. My mom got it thinking she really had no choice; she's recently retired, selling her home and relocating. We go in recently, and the new young ladies inform us that there are actually 10x30 units and that it's cheaper to get the 10x30!! We believe the 1st girl just wanted a sale, so she lied about the 8x10 being the largest instead of just saying the larger ones were currently unavailable or that she was too lazy to clean one out. My mom felt rushed and had started getting rid of things that she loved but had no room for! Fast-forward, we did get the 10x30, and had to physically move all her things from the smaller unit into it!!! It makes no sense sometimes that customer service is so poor! If you don't like your job, quit. On the bright side, my mom has a larger unit, has plenty of room for things, her payment isn't sky high, she's not feeling overwhelmed and the 2 ladies in the office are awesome 💛💛💛💛💛
