I was so impressed with the professionalism of the staff. Christina was helpful and very kind. She answer my questions promptly and when there was a problem with closing out the rental, she solved the problem quickly. Infact, she took care of the problem herself. That's dedication! Another storage place was a hassle, so I came to SROA and am I glad I did! If I ever need storage again, I will come to SROA Franklin.
