This place is a joke. No manager ever here no matter what the hours/days they tell you. Either the security door to the facility won’t open and is broken and they give you no notice that you can’t get into your unit or the door just opens when you walk up without putting in your security code. The bathroom looks like a homeless person has been living in there and also it doesn’t work. If you’re month to month they increase your rates whenever they feel like it. They screw up your autopay and overcharge you often. Avoid at all costs.

Renting a unit from Storage Rentals of America was very easy. The prices are very competitive with other storage places. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. If your looking to rent a storage unit, I recommend Storage Rentals of America. They are the best. I am very pleased with the staff and the cleanliness of the units plus you are treated with respect as well.

We were greeted immediately upon arrival and treated very professionally and with respect for our needs. Allowed to view several storage areas until we found a size we were satisfied. All those, climate control ones, were clean and nice looking. The pricing was very good compared to others I had spoke with. Paperwork was explained thoroughly and all questions answered to our satisfaction. We were given great help from Jason. He seemed to genuinely care about our needs yet helping us understand the do’s and don’t’s with use of the facilities. Would never rent here again. Very dark at night. Can't reach anyone after 5. No directions to your unit. No directions posted at facility regarding units. You're basically walking around a big creepy storage facility looking at every unit to see if it matches the unit you were given.
