What a positive change it's made with Chris now being the on site manager for the location on Western Way, in Jacksonville. He is consistent the 2-3 times I've been at my unit since late last year. He takes the time to listen to your issue, understand, and then assist in resolving. Whether it be a fluorescent light out, an easier loading dock location, or information regarding your bill. It's all handled with kind and knowledgeable efficiency. Thank You SROA for hiring such a good find!

Jeff and Bruce were excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure my unit was move in ready, helped me get the best pricing possible, and were very friendly. I had little to no issues while renting for the approximately 2 years that I was there. No one really bothers you, it's climate controlled plus the staff was very nice and paying was almost always a breeze. The only issue that I had with them was that although it was cheap to move in, my rent went up about 5 times while there. It kind of forced me to vacate as I was afraid that they were going to go up again like clockwork. I ended up condensing things and then gave other things away through my nonprofit just to move out. It was a few years ago but I'm now looking for a storage unit again for my nonprofit stuff and whatnot. Although this location is not near me now, I would still move there again but I'm too scared of the rent increases that they do and I hate moving. If you're looking for short term only, I would recommend them.

The property manager, Tom has to be the best perk of renting a unit at this storage facility! Very knowledgeable, upfront, easy to work with, and very friendly! The circumstances of my needing a storage unit aren't the greatest, so as is i wasn't in the best of moods when I came in to sign the rental agreement. But from the moment I walked in the door, Tom's friendly and easygoing approach was just the thing to turn my day around!
