They are a very reasonable company to deal with and don't sell your stuff if you're 5 minutes late! They give you time to get it paid but I will say if you are more than a month behind they won't take a partial payment, you will have to pay all of it so make sure you don't get in that position. Otherwise they are great. Best storage company I've dealt with by far.

I rented here for 1 year and mostly satisfied, aside the rent increasing 3 times in one year. However, 5 months after terminating the lease, I received a debt collection notice stating I owed $75 to SROA. When I called SROA, the representative was very unhelpful and kept repeating that the $75 charge was for damages, even though I did not damage the unit at all. When I called the debt collection agency, they said the fee was noted as a sweeping fee, which is a ridiculous amount to charge to sweep, but also completely untrue because I did sweep the unit. It's even more ridiculous because there was garbage in the unit when I initially moved in. This baseless fee was simply a way for SROA to get another $75 out of me. I will never use SROA again.
