This company does not care about the security of your items, and the gate stays broken and theft is all time high here cause if that very issue. Customer service is a joke, and they can’t keep anyone staffed to help on any given day. Do NOT rent from this company.

At first we were happy with Storage Rentals of America. The property manager, Laurie, did her best to make us feel secure and helped up with the best options for our huge move. After she left, things fell apart. The biggest issue, it was a scary place to be, especially alone. No one is ever on the premises. I was approached by someone that was sleeping in a neighboring unit. It was terrifying. I called the main number and the police. We vacated both of our units on February 22nd (with a huge moving truck) and the remaining items were removed on February 28th. Now, I am getting texts and emails about my past due account. I have called 3 times to let them know that we vacated…on the days that we left them empty. I also have pictures of our empty units. Do better to your true, loyal and paying customers. It is scary when people are roaming the units to find a place to sleep at night. More security is needed instead of gates that are left open. I am so so glad that I stopped my auto-payment.

Laurie that use to work here has been fired and the place is a ghost town. Do not go here. No one works here the gate is stuck open multiple days of the week. I can’t even get someone to help when I have an issue with one of my 6 units. We are moving storage facilities and not returning.

I highly suggest, if you need storage, this is the place to go. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your storage rental is a pleasant one. The grounds are clean and your items are safe. If I need storage in the future, this is definitely the place I'll come back to.

This is the cleanest, friendliest and best priced storage facility in Nashville,Tn area. The lady behind the desk was so friendly and helped us switch our two small units over to 1 big unit to acquire more space. Thanks again for the easy process!
