The power has been out at my unit for months, and I try to get in touch with someone about once a month. They are polite, and say they are working on it, but nothing changes. It's a big problem because it means the gate is always open, there is no security, and no lights. I'm not sure what I'm paying for any more.

Worst experience. Found a better deal elsewhere, this location did not have the size space I needed, when I decided to go to a different location I was told that I couldn't change my mind by a man named Mike, that even though a contract wasn't signed that I was obligated to pay for a space I could not utilize. Have reached out to my financial institution because this is a form of fraud. Was laughed at by Mike when I informed him that not only are his actions unlawful but distasteful as well. I look forward to sharing my experience with everyone I meet.

The best experience I've had as far as customer service.Deanna was wonderful, she showed me the unit and managed to have such a pleasant attitude despite the fact that it happened to be pouring down raining. She was professional and personable. She explained the process, the payments and made sure I left knowing what I needed ( I'm new to the storage game lol). I will definitely recommend this business to family and friends. She definitely has the best customer service I've come across hands down.
