Really easy to get locker. Ordered late at night and was ready when company opened. Rep at front desk was extremely kind and helpful.

Kim called me quicker than I expected. I got t to be information I wanted and I explained I was also looking at other options. She followed up the next morning and we set up a time that I could look at the unit. Very friendly and professional.

The unit started as a good price for it's size, a 10x10 unit for $80. Since they have been purchased by Storage Rentals of America they have upped the price of the unit to $119 over about a year period. Additionally, someone broke into my unit and they couldn't do anything to help. It's unfortunate because the location is close to our house but we will be taking our business elsewhere..

Updated 6-17-22 After talking with Tracy, the Regional/District Manager, and working out a few things with her I've changed the review to five stars. I can't even begin to describe how helpful and considerate she was. Best customer service I've experienced in a long time. If you have any doubts about where to store your stuff, this is the place. Original Review I've supposedly had a rental from this place for a little over 24 hours now. The gate code they gave me was incorrect. I wasn't able to enter. I wasn't able to store anything. I left a voicemail, no response. I emailed, no response. I'll consider upping the stars if they get back to me within another 24 hours.
