The staff here are very nice. This location is clean. The only problem I have is the other renters park in the only handicap parking spot to load and unload their personal property and that leaves me walking further and around their vehicle. The staff however will tell them to move it. I'm glad I chose this storage facility because of the staff and cleanliness.

I've only had storage one other time and my ex-husband handled all the details etc. I was not happy or even slightly enthusiastic when I had to do this again, by myself, recently. This location first of all is perfect for it's proximity to a few of my regular places (Sac Coop, all the shops and food spots that border midtown, N.Oakpark and East Sac. So, it's extremely convenient! The staff is nice, most of the time available and on their ISH setting up your account and forewarning you on how their plans work. I have one of the smaller sized units and chose the 2nd floor to get a little break on the price! They also have 'WINE STORAGE', no joke! These are temperature controlled, hours are basically 7 to 7; the only inconvenience but it's not a deal breaker.

WHY have access hours but after the office closes there are NO carts to take stuff to and from your storage unit? First storage place I’ve used that does not provide carts after the office is closed. How asinine! I pay over $300/month and can’t unload my car at my storage unit. And don’t get me started on the light being burned out since I started renting my unit and the cheapskates won’t replace it.

Climatized. Clean. Competent. Cordial. Love this place. I needed a place to store all of my things while I was selling my house and figuring out where to next. East Sac Self Storage is the best place I could have picked. It gave me a clean, safe space to sort through things and pack up for shipment. The staff is helpful and friendly, and they kept an eye out for me, even asking whether I was comfortable staying in the building by myself when they closed the office (office closes at 6pm weekdays, but renters may use the facility until 7pm). During office hours, they monitor everything that’s going on via video surveillance. All in all, I am super impressed with this place and would recommend it to everyone who values their valuables. No dust on my stuff! No damage from heat or dryness. Totally worth the rent here.
