We had a unit at StorageMart for about 4 years. It was always very clean, easy to access and plenty of dolly’s and carts to help move things. Highly recommend them!

I had a good experience with the staff upon check in to get a rental unit. The place is always clean, carts are available, the facilities have cameras everywhere for security. The store area is super clean and neat. They don’t have a huge selection of packing materials like uhaul, but they do have some. So far so good but it has only been 2 weeks of me renting it.

I used to love this store, I was assisted by an amazing sales associate. However, I recently saw how Storage mart plays favorites with their employees, are not fair or flexible with them at all. For me, a great place of business is good to their employees. They are fair, compassionate, and flexible. For this reason, I will no longer recommend them to my circle of people. It is why I also don't shop at Walmart. Now, I get to add Storage mart to that list.
