This place goes above and beyond the call of duty. There was a mix up at first, than Tonya, called me on her day off when she realized it! She also came in on her day off and let me sign paper work. She corrected the billing and noticed when things were finalized and notified me! She even helped me when being treated poorly by another company Her due diligence, promptness, attention to necessity was all very helpful and impressive! She is an asset to this company! She was very helpful, kind, & very giving of her time/schedule! I would recommend this place 100 x's over! Thank-You Tonya/Storage Mart!

Very friendly! Called today and had a unit within an hour. Julie was great and thorough, explaining everything to me. I feel like the unit is in a great location and very secure, unlike the one I am moving my stuff from. The unit and grounds are also very clean, which is a total plus! It's nice to be able to talk to a person too. My call was answered immediately and not a recording like the rest, so I would definitely recommend StorageMart.
