At first the woman at the front desk at the storage Mart on Philadelphia rd seemed to be pleasant but the other day my sister and I came up to organize unit and get some stuff and we went in the unit and shut the door not even 2 minutes later that lady did not knock or announce she was there and wanted to come on she just pulled up the door and started to cuss out me and my sister violated our rights and the next day because of that altercation I was told I need to move my stuff by the end of the month. She is rude and has no class definitely not professional very uncalled for had to talk to my lawyer who is looking in to this I am sure there is video there. Beware I would not recommend this place at all watch your money

Shane and Shelly is amazing ! They were so helpful definitely call them for all storage needs because down to the customer service and had wonderful deal most ppl don’t offer or even mention any deals at normal storage places i’ve been and that was just amazing of them ! Merry christmas to you both seriously exceptional service !!!

This storage location is a multi-tier corporation run facility. Prices are not standard per unit / per renter. Prices will fluctuate like lobster (current market value). Some answers to your questions maybe unattainably hidden behind the corporate curtain.

I actually took my friend to help her rent a storage unit. The young lady at the desk was absolutely the best! I believe her name was Shelly. She showed us a couple of units for size comparison so we could decide which size would work best and then git us all set up. She was so helpful and really made it an easy and wonderful experience. They are still working on upgrading as well so I expect it will be even better in the future especially with such awesome staff :)
