Seven out of the eight times I've come to the storage unit the office has been closed in the middle of the day for hours and the facility closes very early the office closes much earlier than the actual facility does 9:00 p.m. is very early for storage place. I was there yesterday at 6:30 p.m. and the office was closed I was there at 10:00 a.m. and the office was closed I was there at 2:00 p.m. and the office was closed I could not get a cart any of the times that I came and I have nerve damage in my arms extremely painful for me to carry things to the storage unit very unhappy

Jake Ireland he is so awesome, and helpful if you questions he's the one to go for answer because he the answer. He needs a raise because customer service on point. He's just a really nice guy!!!!

The place overall its clean and nice, my only complaint would be the Manager Lucy doesn't know what she is doing. I had been over charged for insurance when I signed up for the Storage. I was told by the "Manager Lucy" that I would get a REFUND/CREDIT for the next months storage rent due to the error. Later on when the next month was due, she mentioned her SUPERVISOR didn't allow her to give me a credit she had promised. If you don't want to get over charged for their own EMPLOYEES MISTAKES as they are not informed than TAKE BACK PROMISED PRICE ADJUSTMENTS please take your insurance policy at sign up!
