One star as far as security goes..... Have had my motorhome there for a quite awhile now, I'm usually over there at least once a week if not more. I was there Tuesday and all well, today (Fri.) one basement door all messed up and missing tools and severe damage to entry door that they tried to break into, just as we are getting ready for a 3 wk trip, lovely!!!! If you have something of value in whatever you have stored there ya might want to check it out :-(

Nedy has been great. She helped me rent a truck to help my daughter move to an apartment a few weeks ago. And yesterday, she helped me rent a storage area. She is so personable and helpful. She is also prompt and efficient. I recommend getting her help if u need moving or storage!

Terrible!! I have a 40 foot motor home, and pay for a 40 foot space. However, the management feels free to allow the guy with a boat in front of me to use part of my space. Therefore, my coach sticks out about 8 feet, uncovered. The paint on the rear of my coach is peeling, and now I have to park with the front uncovered, I am sure I will have to have that re-painted also. This storage unit is unacceptable, I am looking forward to a replacement now. In addition, they have just announced a $50 a month increase in fees. Good grief! I do not recommend Storage One at Flamingo!
