I always found StoragePRO on Franklin Street in Oakland to be a clean, safe place to store my things. My second-floor unit was spotless upon arrival, and secure throughout my tenancy there. I particularly appreciated the cameras throughout the facility and the consistently tidy appearance of the location in general. Especially pleasant was the very helpful and friendly site Office Manager, Chio. If you need to store your things in this part of Oakland, look no further than StoragePRO Franklin Street.

If you need to access your items somewhat regularly, this is a great place. Very secure, you can access it after hours, carts are always available, helpful management and onsite maintenance. It’s not the cheapest option but I did find it to be valuable as I spent several days moving and selling items.

I highly recommend StoragePro on Franklin Street! Easy, safe and secure access, with plenty of moving carts made for an enjoyable experience. Chio, the onsite manager, was especially helpful. I've since moved away from Oakland, but would absolutely rent from this location again in the future.

Service was great, space was clean, well lit, and dry. The only con was that there are only two loading/unloading spots in the garage, and as it is downtown Oakland, very few street spots you park if the garage is occupied. However, that was only ever an issue once for me. I found the employees very helpful and friendly.
