No one is ever at the location when help is needed. I tired to pay my rent 3 times and since no one was at the location the 3 times I visited I had over $100 in late fees even tho I have auto pay on…overall not a great experience.

Fantastic experience. We rented a space in the high security and spotlessly clean Beale Street location. The manager was excellent at his job and we will feel that our goods will be stored in a safe place.

Giving them two stars instead of one because my stuff never got ruined so I guess they did that right. Other than that would never recommend. Horrible hours and horrible customer support. Paid a lot of money to only be able to access my stuff 9-5:45 and that was only if someone was at the front desk to let me in which rarely happened so I often had to wait outside calling their number until someone would show up at the front desk. Apparently a few months before I vacated my unit they put a side door and lock in that would allow me to access my unit on my own but they never told me and the person working was incredibly rude to me for having the audacity to not know and ask to be let in like I had to do for many years. They didn’t even know the code that I needed to get in and had to ask their manager then rudely told me to hurry up and leave since they were closing in 15 minutes. Whats worse than the bad service was the fact that they routinely raised the rent. Started out paying only $90 a month and by the end was paying $240. When it came time for me to finally move my stuff out and end my lease I called multiple times and never got anyone on the phone so I I left a voicemail saying I was ending my use of their unit. I also went online and filed that I was vacating and got a confirmation that my lease would end and yet they still tried to bill me. If you need storage space go somewhere else with better hours and better customer support.

Excellent experience - professional, painless and excellent pricing relative to the location and convenience - real estate in SF is dear. Very clean facility. Don’t think twice this is the go to place if you need storage in the area. Full online sign up process with digital access to your information and updates. Helpful staff even if over the phone plenty of supplies and easy parking to access your goods.
