Best storage experience. My unit was safe and clean until I moved out March 4th, 2023. Joy and the assistant manager was a pleasure to work with. They provided the best customer service experience ever. I was running late and they stayed open so I could make my payments

Checking in at this location was quick and efficient! We came in on a Monday morning and were met by two women who were professional and courteous. One woman showed us our unit while explaining the various entry/exit rules and policies in a professional manner as well as effectively answered all of our questions. The second woman on site processed the appropriate documents while ensuring that we were clear on all terms and conditions and answers additional questions. This property is very clean and we left with the impression that security is of utmost importance. Overall, we are grateful that we had a very pleasant experience with the two women we met this morning and we are confident that our belongings are in good hands. Big thank you to Joyce and her associate !

She was helpful, pleasant and patient with my dad on deciding what size unit he wanted. She had us laughing and comfortable with the chose we made.The location was nice ,clean and welcoming. The price is so much more reasonable than any other storage company in the area. Clean facility, the staff are diligent. I was able to book my unit online and move in items same day. Once I didn’t need the unit anymore I make my move out request online. Their portal is easy to use. The neighborhood itself is sketchy. But StoragePro is secure and I felt like my stuff was safe.

My experience here was ok for the most part I had no issues with my stuff being messed with my belongs were safe here. What got me to call quits with this place was the prices going up every other month, it was getting to expensive for a small unit. I would recommend this place to friends and family not sure if they would come but I would. I appreciate the management and this company for allowing me to rent from them for as long as I did.
