They charge you for a protection plan that you don’t need and use fast talk and misleading sales tactics to make you think you have to purchase it as part of your rental unit. It makes no sense they tell you about how secure the location is but yet they sell you an additional protection plan that they basically created as a different company, so that they can profit on customers twice. It’s ok to sell a protection plan, but it’s no ok to be deceptive about how you sell it. You should make it clear that this is an optional product. Not fly through paperwork forcing it on customer without their knowledge, that’s just greedy sales tactics. Just be honest with people, especially when know they don’t need it. I made it clear I had nothing of value in my storage why would I need extra coverage…. I’ll tell you why, so that this company can make extra money per month for doing nothing. I hope it was worth the 1 star review. Bad bad bad stay away and find a different storage unit 02/04/2023

I'm an option buyer I bought a unit from Smoke Ranch I get to the unit the units unlocked no tamper tag no employee this leaves me to believe that this unit has been tampered with so I call Robindale talk to the Head lady there and ask her to have the district manager call me cuz I'm very upset nobody has called me so this leads me to believe that storm America participates in unethical Auction Sales I advise all option buyers not to buy for America due to the fact that they tamper with units

3 months ago someone broke the gate at this site and stole our converters off of our Motorhome. Now again today we went down to work on our motorhome and found the site was not secured again. This is the second time in 3 months where the gates are wide open at this facility for anyone to walk into. StorAmerica is not responsible for lost or stolen items and apparently they cannot provide a secure facility and if they tell you it is they are lying to you. They took no responsibility for securing their sites and they do not care if you lose your entire motorhome. I now just call the Henderson PD because they are the only ones who respond when the site is wide open and not secured. I called storAmerica today and still no response. They just don’t care about their customers.

This place is amazing! Hands down the best storage facility in the valley. I've been storing my toy hauler here for over 2-months. They have wide spaces, with power to each location. I love the high security and multiple cameras around the property...best of all, they have onsite dump stations! Thanks Desert Storage.
