Came to pick up a unit that was bought at auction and they were great from start to finish. Looks to be a decent area with it located to major stores and food

The service was excellent. There is a ton of security cameras in the building. They have supplies available for sale such as locks. They have carts you can use to haul your stuff.

Nice, clean place with indoor climate control (NOT cold air conditioning) along with decent pricing that I'm told won't increase for at least 6 months. Only downside is to the hours... Closes daily at 7pm *****REVISION: tonight I was iny car backed up to the entry door at 6:40 pm and the employee walked right past me and proceeded to lock the doors. I tried my code to no avail, front office was locked and dark, and message system took my call. I waited and finally the man came out to leave 6:50 and basically told me it was too bad. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED! I ONLY NEEDED TO GET OUT ONE BOX AND DROVE OVER 30MIN TO GET THERE.

We've been with the company for over a year now & yes they keep increasing the price. Last week I went to the facility & needed to use 1 of there carts but like all the reviews say they're locked up. I tried to go to the office & the sign said they'd open back up at 4pm, I came back at 4:03 & then they changed it to 4:30. I tried to call the next day from 3:30-5:30 no one answered. Finally I took a chance& went back up there & Jessica was there. I explained my frustration & she said they're short staffed & the carts are a courtesy. But right after all of that we had paid our bill on time like normal& then we get a message saying we need to pay our bill. When we called about it, we were told that they canceled our payment because they were under the impression that we were canceling our service so they were prorating the bill. I have No idea where they got that from. So now someone is tampering with our account, because we complained about the the signs changing, the carts, & the price steady going up every 6 months. I would really appreciate it if I could speak with the owner because speaking with Jessica is where all of this started.
