Overall all of my items were self. However, I will never rent here again. The pricing is ridiculous! The customer service is terrible and most of the women I’ve encountered were terribly rude with the nastiest attitudes. I rarely even went up there and everytime I did there was a problem. So I avoided going up there. I’ve had my unit for about 5 months and thankfully I’ll be moving all my items in 2 weeks. I was not told that they don’t pro rate out which is important because I plan to move my things out on the 8th and basically have to pay $250 for the whole month. There are soooo many more storage units and I wish I would have done my research. Please do your research it’s not worth it for the price.

I had a great experience with this place. Ebony was my favorite she communicated well and i felt my belongings was in good care 0 complaints my way.. I’ll suggest Ebony to deal with any day she has a positive attitude and great spirits.. I’ll return again if i ever needed this place was lovely and prices were affordable..

Yesterday I had the pleasure of working with Ebony while inquiring about opening a new account with this company, and her customer service was absolutely impeccable.
