I am completely disappointed in this company. I spoke with Drake about removing a name off my unit. He emailed me forms to fill out, which I did with hope they would follow my request. Unfortunately, one of the employees allowed someone access without my permission. Then when I spoke to Drake about it, he hung up in my face. I called the company who said they would escalate it, yet I've heard nothing. I even sent an email with no response. I paid for a new lock that their employee cut off without my permission. I live in another state and now my storage is open to anyone and I can't even check on my property to see if it's still there. This is highly unexceptional and it looks like I'm going to have to open a civil case against them. I wouldn't recommend using this company.

There are some pros below, but the limited hours make this place extremely inconvenient. If their hours of operations aren't a problem for you, then this review would get a 4+ Pros: place is clean & secure. And with only a small amount of units, it is super easy to get around.

i Have rented a unit here for almost 5 years and the customer service is always stellar. All the employees are great, but Darlene in particular stands out. She always has the key to the unit ready and waiting, She is personable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. Top shelf customer Service. Thank you!
