Customer service is amazing here. It’s been lacking in the area for sometime so I try to always point it out when at a place and someone helps me who seems to genuinely like their job.

I’ve been storing my box trucks and tractor trailers for 4 years at this facility. I’ve never had any complaints. The office staff is great and always accommodating. However, I’m not able to use the back gate entrance due to the sidewalk being put in. It’s great that there is a front gate for access, but sometimes it’s not accessible due to the middle gate sometimes being closed. I’ve to wait for the manager to unlock it for me when they get to work the next day.

I was in a pinch and needed a storage facility. After a visit to other facilities I'm so glad that your units were clean. The office staff, Tammy ,made me feel welcomed . She answered all my questions. When I left, I had a sense of relief knowing my belongings were safe and secure

StorPlace is the best storage option. They have well kept, clean facilities, with ample security to protect your belongings, and multiple locations through Middle TN & southern Kentucky so they are very convenient. I would recommend to anyone! 10/10
