I can’t say enough about how safe I felt leaving all my belongings at this establishment! James has taken care of me 100% from the first phone call I made to the day I moved all of my things out of my unit. 10/10 would recommend! If you’re considering a storage unit in Nashville make sure you use this place first!

I couldn't recommend this place more! Exceptional customer service, a clean well-lit facility with ample parking space, hand carts available for use, and easy access to the units. James is WONDERFUL and helped me make sure I was getting the correct storage unit for my needs, was helpful and fun to talk to, went above and beyond, and I feel incredibly secure that my belongings are in good hands here. Choose this place if you need a storage unit!!

All I have to say about this place is come running if you want to be taken care of genuinely and more than you can ask, think, or imagine, especially in the midst of a hard or stressful moving situation. Come running because of JAMES, the property manager. James deserves to be mentioned in every review because if you come in contact with James, you are forever changed and so is your situation. I read the company’s mission statement, etc. and James absolutely meets the standard and exceeds it without a doubt. I believe that the company is taking care of him and honoring him, but if there is the slightest chance this is not fully the case, I would highly encourage you to know who you have in James and cherish him. The manager James was very helpful and friendly when setting up our rental unit. Showed us where the unit was, showed us the on-site handcarts we could use and was overall just great. The facility is nice and has plenty of options for storage.

What a wonderful experience my family had at StorPlace. The facilities were top notch and secure. Our concierge and CSR, James was hospitable, professional, prompt and courteous. My daughter was checking out of her dorm room and had accumulated many items that we could not carry back home. James assured us her personal items would be safe and secure, all at a very reasonable price. Thanks James and StorPlace.
