So for the most part, I've had a pleasant experience with this place and the people who work here. However, for the life of me, I have had so much trouble trying to make the automatic payments stay automatic. Right before I deployed to Korea, it hadn't taken the money out and I had not gotten email or phone notification like I had before when payment didn't go through. The person on the phone was kind and tried to help me out, as it was around 8pm. It definitely was frustrating, I gave up on that and started paying it myself. My fear is when I'm in the field for a couple weeks and cannot make this payment despite trying to keep my card on automatic, do I lose my things without even being notified?

The lady at the desk was very friendly and helped me with everything. Walked me around to show me where my unit was and just to be sure my pin number worked on the gate she made me try it out. Which was a great thing she didnt want me moving in the next day and the office was closed and my pin number not working. I have rented units before but never got the treatment she gave me.
