Overall, my experience was a good experience. The facility was nice and clean and with climate control, belongs stayed in good. condition. However, I left this storage facility sooner than later because the pricing became way too expensive for my taste. When the price jumped to 167 a month (that’s with a 10 mandatory insurance fee - which I don’t like mandatory fees) I had decided that I was going to give myself some time to look for other alternatives. Then when the price jump to 197 a month, that’s when I drew the line. Prices just keep going up and they have priced me out of feeling comfortable using their facility.

I’ve had a storage unit at the LB facility for a few years. The folks there are all professional, helpful and courteous. Today, my husband and I met with Andre to renew our rental agreement. He was met us with a smile and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The facility is clean and well maintained. I have no concerns about storing anything there.

Convenient, afforable, and Andre, one of the managers, was extremely kind, professional and friendly. Excellent experience so far. Even my paperwork was done quickly. It was clean and cool inside the facility and the drive up area is convenient and easy. I highly recommend this place.

So far so good. Booked the unit online and went by less than an hour later. The man at the front desk was very nice and answered all my questions and ones I hadn't thought to ask. The place is climate controlled and very clean. There is even a shaded loading dock and large flat rolling wagons to make loading and unloading a breeze. Would recommend!
