the lady that waited on me was very polite and pleasant. Showed me all the available unit and i picked out the one i wanted. No pressure or trying to sell me the largest unit like some storage centers tried to do. would recommend this place to my friends and relatives.

Found the spaces between the containers difficult to drive a U-Haul truck into and out of if a car or a truck is using a space it prevents anybody else from using the entire Isle of lockers

We needed a place fast because my daughter had to move out of her apartment, we chose this one on Bell and 31st St because it next to my apartment, where she's living. In the first couple months her unit got broken in to and some very personal stuff got stolen from it, there was no kind of compensation whatsoever they just carelessly threw her stuff in a new storage unit and continued to charge for rent. She went there to clean it up and rearrange it and have some space for herself for when she needed a moment and she fell asleep in there ONE time because she was exhausted and depressed, and now they've told her she has 24 hours to get her stuff out then after that they'll be cutting the lock and throwing it all out.

I found a great deal. The storage size was great as well. It was clean. the staff member was friendly. They had additional items On hand to purchase specially a lock -this place needs a small cylinder lock. Which the company had on hand to purchase very convenient. They also had a dolly for us to use. Unfortunately we had a 15 foot U-Haul truck it was very hard to move throughout the facility at each end of the facility the northside and the southside was a very tight squeeze , it can only fit a small car the rest of the isles are good with the width - to fit through! they did have construction down there. A inconvenience we have to another entrance to get in which looks like as if the street was closed off, but managed to figure it out get through. No second floor access no elevators, all first floor ground lever storage access. No control air - so in the summer it’s Scorching hot hydrate yourself drink lots of water.

As a new tenant of this facility, I am pretty impressed both with the cleanliness of the facility and management. From the beginning to the end the manager, Alex, was amazing and very helpful. When I first called to get pricing she was helpful with recommending the right unit for what I needed to store. Then when we moved in she made sure to tell me everything (gate times, extra costs, etc.) so there weren't any surprises; she even told me there was someone onsite all the time, which is reassuring! I would HIGHLY recommend this place for any storage needs!!! Ask for Alex and you won't be disappointed!
