Friendly staff, good hours for getting i to your unit, easy to get in and out but feels very secure. Good sized unit for the price I paid. Sooo much better then stupid cube smart it’s not even funny. Would rent again if need be!

The Ballard StoreQuest have very nice storage spaces that are protected from weather and theft. My experience was good. The website doesn't seem to be very intuitive for making payments online which the only reason I didn't give five stars. But they always had good customer service and the attendants were cheerful and helpful.

Just recently moved out as my company no longer has a need for the off-site equipment storage, but we’d certainly be staying if that weren’t the case. Cleanest and best kept storage facility I have ever seen. Temperature controlled units, covered load/unload area, two elevators that both worked every time I needed them, extremely easy to work with and responsive staff. Even the move-out process was flawless. I’ve used three other self-store facilities in the area and none of them can hold a candle!
