Admittedly, I selected this place based on the reviews. My initial phone conversation and subsequent meeting with the two ladies in the front office went as about as expected -- very nice and professional, so kudos to them on that. I chose the 30x10, because it was fairly priced and fit our needs. That. Was. A. Mistake. UNFORTUNATELY -- just after a month of occupying my rental space, I had to file a claim for water damage, mildew and mold. There are 3 doors that make up the 30x10, which sounds great on paper - but in practicality, it was the worst. They aren't sealed properly, so rain and debris flows in. I was concerned about the low level when I seen the unit and asked if there has been issues with rain seeping in. "No, in fact the people who rented this unit before didn't have any complaints. It served as an overflow for appliances." - stated the manager. Back to the claim - the manager showed up and took a few pics and she agreed when I showed her how the water and debris was getting in. She said she would order the parts and have the maintenance guys make the repairs but I need to leave copies of my keys. Uh....NO! I advised that she order the parts, and when they arrive - call me, and I will unlock the doors so they can make the proper repairs. She agreed that was the best idea. 15 days later - no call. No repair man. No fix to the issue. My wife and I had to mitigate further damage by applying flex tape between the doors and ground. At day 30 - still no call about the repairs. Needless to say - we removed our stuff from there. I'm sure not all of the units have these problems, but if they show you ANY unit on the last row near the tree next to a parked white van, avoid it at all costs. ESPECIALLY unit CC46, 47 and 48.
