My partner and I stayed at Sullivan lake for 3 months waiting for our new home. The only real complaint was the restrooms and showers, they need to be updated for sure. Chipped paint and black mold and cold in the fall and hot in the summer. Also the swimming area says "No Dogs Allowed On The Beach Or Water". We had mentioned that there were dogs in the swimming area, security did nothing about it. But, All in all, besides that it's a good campground to camp, beautiful scenery too. And a decent price!

Luckily, since my last time staying there a few years ago, things have changed back for the better like when our family started going there. There are still some rowdy ones (this goes beyond normal beer drinking) but NOTHING like the last time we were there which involved a group brawl, several cops on the scene and multiple arrests. My point being, I recently enjoyed an extended stay at Sullivan and it was perfect. Security has really stepped up and every gentleman on the security team that we met were so kind, informed and informative (they're dredging the lake for the 1st time ever) and they were very person able. I hope to make more and more memories through the years as we used to stay up there for weeks on end. Also, the ladies at the Gatehouse are super sweet and helpful

Great time camping! Very large park with lots of full time sites. Fishing is decent.

A nice lake to relax in! Lots of playgrounds throughout the park. Very dog friendly place AND the owners are respectful and hush their dogs when they do bark!!

My kids showed up for a monthly site that we paid in advance for and was told over the phone by employee that they offered full hook up sites. Unfortunately, that is not the case, they do not have full hookup for monthly stays and they would not issue a refund. I would not recommend staying here is you need a full hookup site. They could have give at least a partial refund for their own error. And they tried to tell them to go buy a dump tank from Walmart for $200. Also, My daughter has stated there is crap all over the campground and looks trashy.

Lots of boating fun. But getting expensive. The yearly boat and vehicle pass have gotten a little bit expensive. Probably just do Mill Creek next year. Less than $150 for my 24' tritoon with a 200 horse outboard. Sullivan is now $250 cause they consider it a speed boat.

We love Sullivan. Their campground is kid friendly, and you can’t beat their rates. They always have activities going on, lots of vendors, and great fishing.

Great park to stay at. Lots of sites but water and electric only. Only seasonal gets full hook ups. Had a beach and golf course on site as well. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Park is well groomed with clean shower houses.

This is more a review of the fishing cabins and fishing amenities. They say the cabin is 12x20 which may be the outside measurement but 4 ft of that is a porch so the inside is more like 11x15. It's okay for one or two people but not really three. They also claimed to have a full size fridge in our cabin but it was a mini fridge. Luckily the freezer worked well and was barely big enough to fit bags of our fish that we caught on the lake. The showers were closed because of covid when we went but they looked nice enough. They didn't have benches or hooks but I'm guessing they took those out since they were closed. The toilets in the bath house were nice and clean, the sinks as well. The hot water did stink a bit though. The boat ramp is awesome. Piers on each side of it so two boats can launch or come in at the same time. The fish cleaning house was also really nice. Nice grinder hoses and it was up high so you didn't have to break your back hunching over. Overall it wasn't bad camping if you knew what you were getting into. We had something a little different in mind but we may do.
