This park has change terribly in the six years that I have coming here! Once was a great atmosphere has turned to very bad. Had trouble makers from north (last 2years) trying to to take over and control everyone! Now we have a mentaly ill under age man (supposed to be 55 and older park) threatening to kill people! This has been goin on for 3 months, How long should people be subjected to this! How long would they themselves endure this. The park is doing nothing only to say I can’t! The park took on new owner 4 years ago. New owners (corporate) only have one intention and that is money! They will do absolutely nothing for there paying customers! Say they have a right to refuse service to anyone! What a joke, anyone with a dollar is let in. If you like trouble it is the place to be!

I agree with the post of Gary Woolverton . The corporate don’t stand up for the management, they dictate policy but do not stand behind and support management. They only care about the almighty dollar, they will let anything in the park for the dollar. They need replaced quickly and promptly. Used to be a good park until corporate come in and ruined it. I have lived in park for 6 years, but no longer

Stayed for a week and I loved it! It's not fancy but it has a good vibe! There's tons of games and social gatherings and the people were really friendly! Thank you to Gloria for a fun game night and being such a warm, welcoming person!

It is a RV park, they have clean water 💦 machine, sell propane,the place is very nice and clean. Laundry room,showers, mail room.and 🎮 game night, cards, puzzle 🧩 movie 🍿and so much in one big room. They also have movie night outside and Games, fire pit 🔥, neighbor's come out to visit.the is also a dance hall room there is so much going on.I haven't been to any of these yet. But I am looking forward to it soon.want a great place to enjoy life this could be for you.the managers really care for there residence.

My girlfriend and I are moving to Yuma mid September. I also do have my daughter part of the time. None of the apartment complexes out here have any vacancies at the moment, so we figured why not live in our travel trailer. I messaged this RV park and they were prompt with their response, however their website is a bit deceiving. They advertise themselves as allowing all ages and family friendly. This RV park does not allow children at the RV park which makes them not family friendly. I say be honest and put it on your website that it's adults only.

Wonderful people and the place was in great condition. Propane and water are available. Reasonable weekly and monthly prices.
