I had a pleasant time here (just here one night). The utilities work fine. Wifi a bit slow but usable. Small pool and hot tub (the jets were not working on the hot tub). Nice manager. Level site.

It's very quiet here despite the train that passes by a couple times a day. Great community. The property manager does a great job of maintaining the grounds and is always available.

We stayed here a week. It is a pretty clean park. But that they really care about their tenants is not true in my eyes. They have poles that stick partially in their driveways and they are not even 2 feet tall which is not visible when sitting in a huge truck. I sadly bent the side passenger door. I told the manager and she had absolutely no empathy for the situation. Even though the regulations have been changed since 2016 that poles should be at least 3 feet tall. Her only remark was its not our problem how you drive. If their tenants really mattered they would make those poles higher and empathize with the person that has damage to their car. This company will not even spend a little money to make life easier for the people that pay to stay there. I even wrote the company it belongs to and never received an answer! That is poor business in my eyes! I would not recommend staying here at all! p.s. They close the pool all day Mondays to clean it. I have never heard of that in any other RV park. And we have been to a lot.

Sun and fun is a place that we stay at fairly regularly when we go to visit family in the valley. Is conveniently located next to the freeway I'm out of town Ordinarily first days are quite pleasant there. This last trip so unfortunately not so much. Rondi, the manager, was awesome and I liked her immediately 😁 That being said, though we had some issues with our Wi-Fi even though we were located pretty close to the office and accessing the bathrooms or showers was made almost impossible. They are secured with key coded locks that are so scratched and cloudy it is impossible to open so Rondi has to come out and use her fingerprint to open access. She tried to authorize my boyfriend's fingerprint but no success. Poor Rondi has to come out to open it any time we wished to use it. Now, the WiFi was easily accessed by our handheld devices but was slow when it wasn't being dropped completely. Our smart TV, on the other hand, not so much. The signal was too slow and it timed out before ever loading the login page. Away and at home , we watch entirely programs we access on line. That is the reason we did not have a coaxial cable with us. (That is something we have already addressed, so thank you Sun and Fun , lesson learned. I am not being snide here, I am just one to find the silver lining in things) We were only staying for the weekend so while these little hitches were disappointing they didn't spoil our visit. I feel a little guilty even bringing them up but I know there are folks out there, to whom, they would be deal breakers. All in all this is a great park, clean and populated with pleasant people. There is a small pool and a hot tub which are s huge plus when you are staying in the valley this time of year. We did talk with Rondi about the problems and she indicated that they are in the world to be addressed so, I recommend, if it's an important issue for you, simply ask when you call to book your space because this really is a great little park. It also has a Chevron Gas Station with a convenience store and a little deli like restaurant and car "only" wash (to small for your rig). We haven't eaten at that little deli but the aromas that waft from it say it might be worth a check. Thank you Rondi, you really are a warrior!

We stayed here for a long time and very much recommend this place. Management is great and tries very hard to keep it clean, safe and fun environment. Wish spaces had a little more yard space but cooling off in the pool or relaxing in the spa. Shooting some pool or using the club house kitchen or relaxing on the big sofa and comfy rug is an awesome plus. There is two restaurants and one gas station very near. Super quiet at night. Very roomy showers available too.

Small park that is well maintained with park models as well. Sites are primarily small. We had to change sites to accommodate our rig with slides on both sides. Manager is very friendly and was helpful. Cons: Loud trains though out the night. The smell of cattle came and went a few times to the point one would swear the cows are in your rig,

The facilities are nice, it is a small park, convenient for an overnight stay. Too bad the road noise, semi-trucks, sirens and train noise make a restful stay difficult.

Very nice park, clean, nice staff. I like that you can use the club house to cook bigger meals as long as you clean up after yourself.

Small, quiet, friendly park! Nice amenities, clean grounds. Downsides are the proximity to a train that blares its horn at any time day or night (you get used to it), and the smell of the cattle farm across the highway.
