Great community! The manger, Kim, goes out of her way to be helpful and the maintenance crew is top notch!

Could not have been better. On our 1300 mile RV trip, this was the best of 8 places we stayed. Immaculately clean, very safe, we felt totally at home for our 8 night stay, could see the water from our site. Great for our dog too.

I had Kim as our camp host. She was completely and totally a blast and always full of useful information. We stayed at site 10a and my two children and wife loved the view and peacefulness. The neighbors and residents were great. My family used the fishing pond avidly as well as the game room and privacy pool. It is a must stay and the atmosphere is a 5 star within 15-20 min of any venue. Thanks Kim we will be back to see you and boomer.

Very nice experience. It is a nice, clean, safe, friendly park. Animal friendly. The lake is nice. Easy to make reservations and check in and out. Also, easy access from I-75 with minimal interstate noise. Everyone was nice and friendly as well. Recommend it!

The image you see on Google give a false sense of the lot size here. This was very tight spaces. We were in #10 and shared a patio with our neighbor. Our ODS slide was about two feet from the rig behind us. We had to step over their sewer hose to get to our own underbelly storage. It appears they just doubled every spot along this row for the sake of income. That being said, the people here were some of the friendliest folks you’ll ever meet! (Thank goodness, since you’re so close to them!) It was quiet in the evening and peaceful (only a little road noise from I-75). I felt safe here and the location was convenient to plenty of things to do. It’s a nice place if you don’t mind being packed in like sardines. 🙂

Stayed here for four days. Very quiet, nice little park. The permanent residents were very friendly, which we don't always experience. The lady in the office who checked us in was very pleasant. The park is very clean and the sites were level. The only real issue was the amount of space. Your outside living space is shared with your neighbor and we couldn't put out our awning. But, in spite of the space, we were very happy and will use the park in the future.

My parents have lived here for decades and I have visited there some 2001. Under the previous ownership we were welcomed year after. When recently visiting which we are traveling from Iowa 1200+ miles away to visit my elderly parents my wife and kids were swimming in the public pool on site with my mother. They were approached by a lady (who we believe has a manager level position) and were rudly told that if we stayed there it would be a $10 per charge for sleeping in my parents park home a permanent site which live there for 25 years. Being told we have to pay $40 a night to visit my parents in a home they own is ridiculous and felt obligated to leave and stay elsewhere.....corporate owned RV parks are money hungry SOBs
