Sun Resorts Seashore Campground in Cape May NJ. In my opinion is just out for $$$. I been a loyal Seasonal Transit RV Camper @ this campground. My late Brother had a permanent unit in the campground I stayed at Seashore in June / July / September between my 3 stays @ least 5 days I spent $1800 Combined in 3 visits for sight & fees. & Not 1 time did I have access to Campgrounds WiFi or TV. The WiFi the campground is supposed to have ( SUCKS ) it will say your connected. But nothing will stream. I was pissed off expressing this concern to the staff. I couldn't watch any MLB Games / NASCAR / PGA Golf The staff said that there's nothing they can do because it was corporate decision to take away free WiFi for guest's. I told the staff that's total B/S I can't have Internet access with the amount of money sun Resorts is charging me wifi should be available to all camping guests the staff told me to call corporate but there's is nothing they can do & they acknowledge the WiFi doesn't work... Some campers are disrespectful too I had to yell @ a few campers driving golf carts during the early evening hour's because they felt the need to use my camp sight as a Short Cut 1 camper almost hit my $400.00 CORNHOLE BOARDS & then the person had the nerve to say (I didn't see the CORNHOLE BOARDS) & he thought he can just cut though because it looks like an area he can just cut though and no one else was using the sight next to me. When night time rolls around. The campground becomes a haven for all the campgrounds idiots to drive around with music blaring / beer cans in hand / kids driving / golf cart lights shinning in your RV or in your eyes while your sitting trying to enjoy a nice campfire. let's not forget all the kids riding there bikes with all there friends using other people's camp sights as short cuts. The campground is supposed to have a Ranger Patrolling @ night to enforce the rules ( Kids are not supposed to be riding bikes after 10:00pm) when. Silent hours begins Haven't seen the Ranger driving around to enforce this at night in all 3 stays. Everything in the campground store is overpriced including the firewood & To top it off in 2026 the whole water & electric section in the T section of tannanger will be all permanent trailers. Next year & I am told by staff members within 5 years Seashore Campground will no longer have any Transit camping @ all... The campground eventually wants to DO AWAY WITH ALL TRANSIT CAMPING. Because Corporate says they then know for every camp sight in the resort they know every permanent trailer there & resident will be paying $8600 a year. & Won't have the hassle of Transit Spaces being open or not booked @ low peak times.

Posted the below a couple years ago. Update for 2025: spent three long weekends there this summer and have seen a decline. The bathrooms at times are disgusting. Multiple times multiple toilets were filled with feces and sinks with way too much human hair around. The quiet hours are getting worse. People partying until 1-2am in large groups, louder than prior years. This past trip an employee kicked my son and I out off the playground at 9pm since against rules: however, the entire trip we were kept up for several hours a night listening to loud music and yelling. No one enforcing those rules were in sight. I noticed it is making people cranky - every trip this year I heard a verbal altercation. We were considering a seasonal site but were also warned this year by site owners that the rates can go up 10% a year and communication is poor. Camp-store staff remains very polite, grill super delicious with large portions (but please bring back the cold brew!). My prior post from several years ago: We have been coming here for 6 years. We absolutely love it, it’s a safe place for kids to wonder around on bike adventures. The lake and clean are always clean and attended to. The store is the largest camp store I have ever seen. The office staff is amazing and take care of veterans. I LOVE that they have a gym. Some sites are small, some large, some more private than others but all offer decent shade and tree coverage, it’s really on you to look at the map and make a good selection. I have noted that over the past couple years, bathroom cleaning has degraded a bit with soap dispensers sometimes empty and some shower drains with the same clump of hair remaining for multiple days. Quiet hours are also lax on weekends. We stayed there for three trips this summer and the only nights we got decent sleep were midweek as the parents party late and the kids party early. With a pop up we hear everything. However, we have many memories there and will continue to return and hope certain improvements are made as we don’t expect perfection and this resort tops others.

Stayed at a tent site over the 4th of July weekend and had a truly awful experience. The restrooms were absolutely disgusting — easily the worst I’ve seen at any campground. There was no running water in the sinks the entire time we were there, and it was clear that the bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned once during the entire holiday weekend. The showers were even worse: clumps of hair in the drains, grime everywhere, and bugs crawling around the floors and walls. It felt completely neglected and unsanitary. For a holiday weekend with so many guests, basic maintenance and hygiene should be a priority, but that clearly wasn’t the case here. If you’re considering staying here, especially with kids or if cleanliness matters to you at all, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Definitely not worth the hassle or the health risk.

I was at Lowe’s today and Orlando, the general manager and his assistant Pete were so kind to deliver an outdoor trunk for me To my home as it would would not fit in my car. What a wonderful thing it’s so fantastic to know there are people that are so kind hearted in this community God bless both of you for going out of your way. It’s a funny thing. I used to stay at seashore campground, many years ago and camp there and And had wonderful memories and experiences Again, thank you to both of you. I hope something wonderful happens to you and your reward for your kindness.

We rented cabin from ABNB. No snack shack. On hottest day pool was closed. Arcade very small. Golf carts whizzing around with kids driving all hours. Store in front was very nice. Lake was crowded with large floating rafts. Cabin was well equipped with everything needed a/c was great. Internet was horrible! Tried to watch t.v and it just wasn't good enough WiFi to watch a movie. No Life guards. Change machine broke for laundry. Central area between Cape May and Wildwood.

My family and I have stayed here 5 or 6 times now and it is always a pleasure. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is friendly and accommodating. We had to cut our trip short today bc my son isn’t feeling well and they gave us credit toward our next stay which was much appreciated. Can’t wait to get back.

Stayed here for an extended stay. First high level campground I've been to that does not have wifi...... we had a group of 5 campers staying and in the middle of the night we had electric bikes and scooters stolen. The police were called and there was a report made. Not a terrible campground, but would not stay again. Not worth the security issues

I was here last year for a couple of weeks towards the end of the season and I absolutely loved it. Halloween here was so much fun. This year I came back as a seasonal. Lots of free activities to enjoy, they even provide a weekly schedule of all the activities. There is a lake, a pool, a small movie theater that plays free family friendly movies, bring your own snacks. Any packages delivered to the office are sorted and your names written on it in large bold letters. There is miniature golf, basketball tennis etc etc. there is an activity center that offers activities for the children as well as adults. The ladies there are so sweet. Bingo night twice a week for adults only. If you have kids, no worries the movie theater is right next door. So while your children watch a movie, moms can play bingo. I will let you know that there is a quiet time( no loud noise, no golf carts or bikes outside) it begins at 11pm til 8 am. They do allow golf carts( but safety first) no speeding. There are 4 comfort stations with showers and bathrooms, two of them have washers and dryers. Several Doggie parks for our 4 legged friends. The campground is maintained very well. I am in Awe of how management runs this place.I can go on and on but you should check it out for yourselves.
