Staff is amazing and park is clean and well organized! Con sites are very small and with neighbors smoking pot constantly you can’t escape it. Lots of young camp workers (20-30’s) which was surprising in a 55 and older community. They are all FINE but all placed in one spot so instead of neighbors our age to meet we had all young adults around us. Spread them out a little would be better.

Sites are pretty tight, back in. We had full hook up. Laundry does not have a quarter machine and the Office (for change) is closed on weekends. Met some friendly folks who were temporary like us.

So disappointed with this park! The sites are SO small. We were packed in closer than on the lot where we bought our travel trailer! Our neighbor had to pull in one of his sides so that we could get parked in our site. No tables in site for barbecue. No space for chairs to sit outside. When walking from our parked truck to our trailer, we had to walking on the neighbors rug mat. The worst, would not recommend.

Didn't even get to stay here! When we made the reservation, we told them how big we were and how much space we needed and the person and the desk was hesitant, but thought for sure we could fit in the spot she reserved for us. When we got there, they'd just left for lunch so I told my husband to go look at the site and he came back and said "no way are we fitting in that site"! Another worker that saw our rig said the same thing. So we immediately got on the phone and had to find another place to stay. We called back to get a refund and was informed that there was no refunds and that they would leave it as a credit and that there is only one spot we might fit in and it gets booked up for 6 mths at a time, so call early in the year! When we made the reservation, we were NEVER made aware of the fact that there are no refunds available 🤬 this place IS NOT big rig friendly! 😞

A nice 55+ park with good amenities. However, Cal-Am (a corporate giant out of Mesa) insists on raising rates 10% per year forcing seniors to reconsider future stays....

Stopped here for a week as a signed in guest. This would be the place to spend winters for sure. Very clean and organized. Staff and volunteers are great. The pool is one of the best I have ever been to.

My mother and I answered an advertisement for a bath tub chair from a nice pleasant lady, Marie. She gave me the lot number where she resides. I had to drive around a bit to find it. The lots are marked on the curbing. But the numbers seemed scattered. Nice clean RV park. Huge community pool and other activities for the residents.
