5 Stars! Excellent people and RV park. I have stayed here a couple of times while visiting the Valley and highly recommend for anyone looking for an all-age park. The staff is truly amazing!

I lived here for 4 years. I don't recommend it. There are motorcycles that speed through the park at all hours despite there being children in the park often. They don't really seem to care if their residents are comfortable as long as they get paid. The people in golf carts who are supposed to be helpful staff aren't at all. Most of the time they are in the road just sitting there. Oh, they also use leaf blowers to blow the dirt off the roads for no reason. It really messed with my asthma too. We also had to ask the park to ask some residents not to post signs/flags with profanity. Again, there are children around. All in all, there are better rv parks. Glad I sold mine and got out.

We stayed here January through the end of March this year. We were looking for a place outside the city that was relatively inexpensive and this one fit the bill. It's a small park and the management and the workers doing awesome job keeping it clean and friendly. This is our first time in this park and will be definitely coming back next year. It may look a little bit out of the way but it's 3 minutes off the 60 and 15 minutes to Mesa. The bonus I'm an mobile RV service technician (Nomadic RV Solutions / nomadicrvsolutions.com) and this a stones throw to about 30 other parks out here!

Awesome RV Park! The staff are wonderful and the park is very clean! Close to stores and easy to get to the trails to ride. Definitely stay again when we are in the area!

I havent been there physically yet but based upon my research I believe they will be a great place for my fifth wheel. Just wish the price was a little bit more friendly. Places should over a discount to those of us who are natives to Zona. Born & Bred!! #ShoutOutToGTown

We absolutely enjoyed everything about our stay! Great location with everything you may need so close to the park. Office and grounds staff are all very nice and super easy to work with! We will definitely be back!

I’ve been staying here for a year and overall my experience has been positive. Extremely clean and well maintained. The new management is always friendly. The amenities are great, but one complaint I have is that they don’t air condition the laundry room. There’s also a lack of shade in community areas. Sundance west is a great resort to visit in the fall/winter, especially factoring in the amount of activities they plan for guests. Beautiful view of the mountains and quiet park of town. I also appreciate the fact that they allow all ages as most parks are 55+

I love my home in Sundance West. We have a new park model in a great location. It is a clean and friendly park. Staff are all very helpful and like to make sure you have what you need to make your stay welcoming. There are great events throughout the busy season with amazing music. This is a great park for living full time or just visiting for the weekend.

Spots are way too close together. Pack you in like sardines. They call it a resort so they can charge more money.
