The park has undergone a few changes. Currently the folks managing the park are super nice. Fun people and active community involvement. This is a great location just outside Phoenix if your working in the area. We have stayed here a couple times, the park has plants, trees, clean, and decent spacing between the residents. Good walking space for dogs. I will mention the lovely train. It is active and toots the horn alot.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! We stayed 4 days in a pet spot. Upon arrival, the RV spot was not cleaned. Cigarette butts and dog feces was scattered throughout our site.😳😬 I highly recommend that the spots be cleaned after each RV departs.

This park is open with larger site spaces than many in the area, well kept, and affordable. We decided upon this park because management was easy to reach, answered all of our questions, and made booking our site super easy. We appreciate Lorraina and all her help in getting us booked! The office, community space inside, community space outside, and laundry are all beautiful and well maintained. I highly recommend this park for anyone looking for an affordable, family-friendly rv park with extremely responsive management.

I was in a pinch at 5pm on a Friday evening as my AC went out at my house. I was able to find an all ages RV space after hours. I've been to RV parks where you pull up to the space you rent after hours and just hook up. As we pulled up, there is no one to greet you. The spots are very tight and this is 85% permanent residents. We would not be able to extend slides. I walked around several times looking for some sort of management and ran into "Jerry", who directed us to other back in spots to choose from. Spots are gravel, with a concrete pad for landing, not parking. No shade. Our 38 ft trailer was LITERALLY backed up right to the brick wall, mind you, that is directly on 75th ave. Tried contacting management via several calls, voice messages and an email. NO RESPONSE. No key fob to shower or do laundry. NOTHING. Couldn't get confirmation on space change. We were able to set up, get our trailer cooled before bed. Spent next day, getting AC fixed 🙌 Left that evening and returned in the very early AM to find my trailer in a puddle. Trailer sprung a leak and was flooding the ground outside. Luckily someone shut off the water. You would think they would give us a call! NOPE. Unless you need a quick overnight hookup, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Wish I would've read more reviews. Lesson learned. Got hooked up and spent 1 night out of 3. Left reservation early.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I showed up at 5:30 pm on a Tuesday, everything was locked, no one at the front desk. No directions on what to do. I only found out from a negative review that you just go to the site you chose on the website. So, no access to showers or amenities because we needed a key in the morning from management. This old man comes up to our bus and just starts calling someone, doesn’t greet us or anything. Extremely rude. I asked him what was up, he says he had to ‘check’ we are the right people staying here. 5 minutes later I get a call from the owner saying we are kicked out and need to leave immediately because we lied on the online booking saying we are a motor home when we are a school bus conversion. Barely gives me a moment to speak to tell her that I called ahead and asked about it and was told our bus qualifies. I basically had to beg to stay the night (mind you it’s the evening now) they did not apologize or anything. They told me a refund was instant but no it’s like any other credit card thing so now I have to wait for that but still go and pay for another rv park.

Sundial RV Park is a fantastic place to stay! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, quiet, and well-maintained everything was. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze and ensuring we had everything we needed. The roads through the park were recently redone and look great, which adds to the overall well-kept feel of the place. The sites are spacious with full hookups, and the desert views are absolutely beautiful—especially at sunset. One of the best things is the location—being so close to Grand Avenue makes it easy to get anywhere in Phoenix. It’s a peaceful spot with a welcoming community atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I’m very sad about this. The place is nice but be very very careful when signing their contract I had to put $400 down to save a spot. The reason for the spot was my home sold, One week before signing, my buyers backed out of my offer. I was very devastated on that so when I called to cancel my spot, I was hoping that I could get at least half of it back due to the circumstances I’m a senior citizen and I live off my Social Security and a part-time job. So when I do sell my house again, I will not be staying at this facility. The staff in the office was very nice, but they made $400 off a person that lives from month to month.

We have lived in this rv park for almost a year! We planned on living here until we bought a a house. 🙂 I have two young kids and this place was great for kids! We’ve had two canopies up and old management also told us my kids could have their jump house out as long as I put it away and night. New management came in and made everyone sign new lease agreements with new rules. We understood why because the park needs some cleaning up. She told my boyfriend we needed to take our white parking canopy down. He argued with her as to why because we’ve been allowed to have it up the entire time and she said she’d get back to him about it. Which she never did. She emailed him a 7 day warning to take it down and he doesn’t check his emails 🥲 so she literally left a 10 day eviction notice on our door. Our neighbor received the same letter and she let him make it right and stay. But not us all because she had an issue with my boyfriend “playing games” with her which is the exact words of the young guy in the office. I’m beyond sad. We’ve been great renters, we have a 2024 nice rig, we kept our space clean, paid everything on time. The worst kind of manager is one who likes to ruin peoples lives by proving “who’s boss”. We’ve became friends with most of the long time people in there and it was sad to hear them all say they are scared to get kicked out. I woke up sad for my kids this morning. No one deserves to be evicted from somewhere the called home over a canopy. I really hope the owners realize she is going to run away business. She’s a VERY mean lady.

The manager is a grouch and didn’t provide the fob we needed to access the building for laundry or tell us we needed one. We ran lodging for 8.5 years and understand how difficult something like this can be. I think if you’re going charge a bit much and expect guests to follow six pages of rules, you need 100% hold up your part of the bargain. The grounds are pavement, dirt and concrete (which you’re not supposed to drive on, even by the office. Who installs concrete that you can’t drive on AT ALL, in an RV park?) There are a few trees and many young oleanders, which bloomed during our visit. The courtyard is very nice, with artificial grass and some furniture. I have a little trouble with the policy of even overnight guests needing a newer RV (Ours is brand new.), when probably half the long term renters spread throughout the grounds, have some pretty shabby units. Really?? Maybe those should’ve been grouped and separated.

Prebooked this RV Park ahead, as the slots get taken very fast for short time rental. The amenities are all new and the staff were very friendly. Maybe a bit noisy if your parking lot is on the street side.
