Do yourself a favor and stay at the Hacienda RV Resort a few miles away. I have stayed at several rv parks across the nation and have never been treated so bad. First clue is the owner has a sign that clearly states no refunds if you check out early which I found kinda odd. (I have never asked for a refund). When you Check in you will notice police cameras thru out the property. After talking to locals well that property has a high crime rate with tons of homeless people around. The owner came to my campsite and claimed I was speeding by driving 35 on the property. Have you ever driven 35 miles and hour in a one ton truck and hit a speed bump every 50 feet it will shake you teeth out. I told him there was no way I was driving that fast and he said I am not going to argue with you and if you don’t like it you can just leave now. Well of course I can you have my money!!! Then as I am leaving and I stop to take a picture of the cameras he is staring me down and giving a dirty look. Good thing I only paid for one night. I hope this review helps someone else and saves them grief.

Was a very nice stop. It was priced right. The staff was super nice. The grounds could've been a little better kept, specifically the site we checked in on. The laundry facility was clean and safe. But we'd stop again.

A VERY well kept RV campground. Spaces with trees, grass. Everything is very clean, there's a fenced dog area, pickleball court, puzzles and games. All the needed amenities are clean and working well.

Nice, quiet RV Park in Las Cruces, NM. Good-sized spaces in a quiet park. Nice big dog park for your pups to play and sniff. Very easy check in when the office was closed. If we're in Las Cruces again, we would stay here.

This campground site was located in an accessible area. The RV park is clean and well-maintained. The showers, bathrooms, kitchen and laundry areas were also immaculate. The 2 members of staff we came across with (lady at the office and the security guard gentleman) were very polite and helpful.

Decent sites with FHUs, and pleasant staff. Gravel rds. Some sites paved, some gravel. Looks like some live there. Area is iffy. Lots of signs in CG warning about theft if you leave things out. Police cameras throughout CG.

Nice 55+ RV park in the middle of Las Cruces. Clean and well maintained. Large level gravel sites. Has a dog park, bath and laundry facilities. Also has pickle ball courts. It's conveniently located to just about anything. We pull a 41 ft 5th wheel and had plenty of room. Stayed for 1 week and would stay again.

Nice rv park. Will definitely stay again. We were there mostly for business and shopping. We did get some walks in too. Convenient location. It's in town, so it can be noisy. All in all though, we really enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed here 4 times during our cross country trips. This is a very nice 55+ park. Clean nice facilities with clean laundry and large sites. Walking distance to stores.

Really nice park. Large, level gravel spots. Close to restaurants and shopping. Sone within walking distance. Showers are clean and hot! We arrived when office was closed for lunch but instructions left outside on clip board with spot number were clear and easy to follow.
