Odd. People parked everywhere. No rhyme or reason. Office was closed when supposed to be open. Opened late. It took us in when we needed a place to stay. Would stay there again

I hate the lay out and all the speed bumps

This place is a total ripoff! Booked it over the phone before we got here, in 2 weeks of traveling it is the most expensive RV campground we have stayed in. Got here and I’m glad it was before her 5:00 quitting time. Our space had a vehicle in it, she didn’t even know whose vehicle. Moved us to another location and that also had a vehicle parked there. She did know who it belonged to so she had them move it. My husband went to check on a code for the shower room and laundry room. Attendant had left for the day. At 5, not 6 like the website says. No access to any amenities such as shower, laundry or club house. Then she won’t answer the phone to see if any of this can be addressed. To say we are upset is a gross understatement!

Was planning to buy a single wide from a private seller here. I called to get info on the process for getting approved to live there on a Wednesday at 3pm. The answering machine said "Out office hours are 9 to 5 with lunch at 12." So I left a message. No response so I called Thursday afternoon again not during lunch hours again and still no response. Finally I call on Friday morning. Someone else answered and (because I would rather work with good management) asked why they hadn't called me back and the current receptionist said "Well you'll have to talk to Amber when she is in." This is one company. They should take responsibility and try to treat their customers kindly without attitude. Then I moved on to try to figure out the application process and I asked how long it would take. They said 7-14 days. I asked if they could expedite it since I had tried to call two days prior and they hadn't responded. They said "No we don't do that." Terrific. I then finally asked if we could bring our cute little golden doodle. They said we could only once we paid the trailer off. They assumed I was renting to own through them. I explained we were going through a bank. Then they said we could have our dog as long as he was under 20lbs. They would not bend the rules for our 28lb dog which was the first thing they did that was actually understandable to me but I thought I would ask. Sad to see this wonderful opportunity for my family go but glad I found out management is not customer service oriented before I signed anything.

Very quiet, the streets were cleared of snow fairly well, great location close to interstate as well as a well stocked.has station.

Just not a big fan of this place. It's an eyesore to say the least and the infrastructure is dilapidated and in need of a complete overhaul. Families live here obviously and it's an affordable housing option for low income or struggling families so at the end of the day I'm just saying, I ain't hatin

Nice quiet neighborhood, been told management isn't ideally human

Not owned by a greedy corporation like Goldside Investments Collective Parks in California. Like Pinewood and Autumn Cove. But always checked to see who owns these places.

My mother moved here years ago and is now retired and on a limited income.. Since then I've noticed: Multiple lot rent increases. Loose/barking dogs. Loose kids in other people's yards AND sheds. Water build up in streets from melting snow causing flooded yards. Loud music later than it should be. This place was nice back then, but now it's a typical "trailer trash" park.

Spaces are close but utilities are great, electric is reliable and good water pressure. Laundry facilities are clean but machines are old. The manager (April) is very accommodating and does whatever is needed when asked. No drug issues at all as a previous post indicated. Parked here in our 40’ motorhome with room for our car. Would certainly recommend to any of our friends.
