They have a strict 20 yr limit on RV's and would not accept our Newmar Dutchstar 2003 offhand. Even though it is very nice coach

Not pet friendly as there is No place for our 4 legged kids to do their business. It was quiet, except for rd noise which a fan will drown out. People were friendly. Park is fenced in but not gated. Conveniently located to town. Downtown kingman is cute but small. Rt 66! The park sites are a tight Squeeze for RV's . Almost didn't fit the pull thru.

Tim in the office was professional, kind and helpful. We had a pull throu that was easy access to utilities. We had a serious issue with our electrical that controls the slides that needed to be reset. Tim provided some business cards that some mobile RV repair businesses left on the counter in the office. We chose Wyatt's Mobile Repair that responded within minutes. Colin was friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable in price. He identified the problem by thoroughly inspecting and we were all fixed. The park was shady, clean and had clean bathrooms and showers. The only thing I would have them improve is the dog run. It was in the sun and too hot for my dog to walk on. Thank you Tim for a short but awesome stay.

They had a pull thru site for overnighters, which is where I was. Quite a bit of road noise, but it didn't bother my sleep. It was easy in/out with plenty of room for unhooking and hooking up my car on the site. Easy on and off I40.

For ruins, I mean the pull in spaces for the RV’s. They had both 1530 and 50 amp power. We didn’t get any pictures because we came at night and left in the early morning, but it was very easy late check-in. They just taped the information to the door and we popped it in the envelope in the mail slot. Can’t comment on the showers Wi-Fi or anything else we just parked plugged in and went to sleep. It’s immediately off the freeway so when you’re coming eastbound, it’s basically a tight U-turn and the entrance is a little bumpy, but just stay to the right side as you’re driving in and it’s pretty smooth

Nice small park easy off I-40 nice private showers friendly staff. Stayed here 2 days in june after a 6000 mile trip heading home to Arkansas. Jeep broke a shift cable blocking another space and they said no problem. Jeep dealership right down the road part in stock and i fixed it. Will stay again.

We are full time Rvers and we have a 39 foot Motor home. So i asked being we had to leave real early could it accommodate our jeep as well . No problem we have 60 foot spots. However we had to un hook the jeep as the water, septic and electric was on the very back of the parking!!!! The last time i checked most rigs have it in the middle? Who sets these places up? We asked for 50 amp got 30. Our main goal was to shower … we had very little pressure and i have quite alot of hair!! So went to Their showers!! They were clean which was nice! Like to shower in our rig however!! For an overnight stay it wasn't very convenient so we probably wont go back! Didn't want to un hook jeep, wanted to shower, and had still the need for maximum length septic hose. Sorry we travel this road a-lot but probably wont be back.

Easy check in, super friendly and helpful staff. Cleanest bathrooms I’ve seen in awhile. Sure the sites are slightly small but it has everything you need, nothing you don’t. Perfect stop over at this place.

Very nicely kept little RV park. Stayed 1 night on the way home from the Grand Canyon. CLEAN restroom/showers larger than most as each one is just a sink, toilet and large shower stall, not a bank of shower stalls. Graveled pull-through sites, easy in and out. 35' class A. Tim at the office was efficient and polite. Road noise didn't bother us at all. Actually the nicest park we stayed in from OKC to Amarillo to Albuquerque. Would definitely stay again.
