Let me say Hands Down this place is Awesome. The Manager here is so Sweet and truly cares. There was no tricks with the money. I got the move in special of 50% off for 6 months. Lock was a good strong round one, and it was complimentary. Wow is all I can say. Facility is a small storage but I like that. It's Completely secured and has cameras everywhere. I totally felt safe. All of the above are so nice to experience now a days.

What a refreshing experience, especially compared to my previous storage experience. Everything was done over the phone and done immediately. No hidden fees anywhere, complimentary lock. I know:) I am impressed but I haven't even got to the best part yet. The leasing agent I spoke to was a woman, dang I can't believe I can't remember her name at this moment. But seriously tho, she was the most patient well spoken kind person. Very impressive, considering lately know one likes thier job and totally takes it out on us consumers. Sucks but not this time. So I'm giving Sunset Expo Self Storage a 5 Star for being totally First Class....

The facility is remarkably clean. Whenever I've been there, the manager James is keeping the place tidy. The access hours are generous. The office has been extremely accommodating to our schedule. After a few months of keeping our items in a large unit, we downsized. The process was easy, straight forward, and efficient. The prices are competitive. The lack of extra fees is refreshing. Honestly I really can't ask more of a storage unit.

We've been storing with IN Self storage for over 5 years now, and have always had the BEST customer service! James is awesome! I highly recommend this location for all your storage needs. I was very impressed with the hospitality and respect that James provides! So pleased to had be given a competitive rate and the space I really wanted.
