These RV parks forget they are a park not an apartment complex the prices are as expected typical california prices way to extortionate. Boondock or park in a campground only a little bit cheaper.

Website is a lie! Advertised bathroom/showers. Double checked site and even asked dude on the phone and was told yes! Asked for a key or if could be unlocked and was told no because I wasn’t a tenant. Dude at desk is is judge-mental. Definitely a hole in the wall looking place definitely over grown weeds but atleast no garbage all over. I won’t and will not recommend this place to anyone just for the fact of false advertising

Person I talked to acted like it was a bother to be helpful. So rude! Wanted a space to fit our 26ft travel trailer and two cars for more than a month. He wanted to squeeze us into a space that was not going to work. The other spaces available that would work, he would not give us, due to the fact that they are only giving those to the people who were a month or less. We drove two hours to look at the site, paid for a hotel. Called him and asked to meet us to look at the spaces available. He said no, there is only one space available. If you are the owner and see this, please find someone else to manage your place. If you look, many spaces are available. He chooses what he wants to do, not for your business, but for what he decides. Being from out of town, looking to start a business here. So disappointing to find bad customer service

We've lived here for a while now, and it's been amazing. Nice, quiet, animal friendly, nothing gets stolen, nice neighbors, nice manager. Cheap laundry(way cheaper than laundry matts), and there's a soda machine. Overall, this is an amazing park with a wooden fence and a quick, like 10-15 minute walk from the beach.

The dude that I dealt with, for the couple of days that I had reserved asked me 21 questions plus about my self in my life leading me to believe that he might do month to month but eventually shut me down. He did this a couple of times after my two days reservation was up. I had asked if he would consider a monthly stay for myself. I towed my own trailer it was in 10 times better condition than his other tenants there, I felt completely judged just because I was a student and traveling and not currently employed though I told him I could pay months in advance. In the end, I was only able to stay for two nights, even though the entire park was empty with the exception of people that looked like they were completely rooted there with all of their stuff outside.

We stayed here a few days ago... Let's start by saying the manager is very cool. Easy to talk to, and helpful. The park is not a comparable to 5-Star resort. But it has both charm and very nice full time residence. We used Passport America and we more than happy. We asked politely for a sunny spot, and the manager helped us find it and park. In this case, judge the great price, happy neighbors, and a great manager and.... super reasonable washers/dryers....!!!

We arrived at the RV park and when we entered the front office they were very friendly and informative. We were traveling down the PCH and they told us about a closure a couple miles up on the 101, and the website that tells you how to get around it. The RV park was very clean and tidy, the spots were easy to pull in to and the power and utilities were easy to connect and very accessible. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
