I've had a rough year and storage was a last option and I'm happy I found sunset storage. The price has been fair. I am able to store my trailer. It's very secure. And June at the front desk has really extended herself when I've been unable to pay on time.

June was our helper for U-haul, billed us incorrectly and then when we called to get it corrected they (not June) wouldn't help. We (my partner and I) had asked several times to print out the receipt of our contract and she kept forgetting, when I got the keys to the u haul I didn't get any paperwork and had to go back into the office to get her to print the receipt. Ironically, there was an item billed on the receipt and the gas meter was wrong. Our receipt was at 7/8th tank and June specifically said the tank was at 7/8th tank. I am so glad I took a picture before we drove off because when we got billed it was for 15/16th tank. If you look at the photo it's shot at a 45 degree angle (eye level) and isn't even close to 15th/16th. We were charged for extra gas and on our receipt there was also an additional item that we didn't pay for. June also "hustled" us into writing a review on Halloween so that she could promote her friend's cookie company and give us a cookie before we were even serviced. I'm not one to write a negative review but I would be advised to make sure to take a picture of your odometer, make sure the contract is written correctly and that everything meaning the u-haul itself is documented. June was nice as a person but it's not a good feeling being taken advantage of or pushed into anything we aren't comfortable. I am glad I was there for my partner or she probably would have signed up for something that she wouldn't have.
