The Manager Giovanni is a really nice guy. He’s very accommodating and he’s always ready to help whenever I need to switch to a different bin To downsize or whatever, they swept the bin for me.. He’s very helpful and goes above and beyond to help customers like me! Also, they keep the entire storage areas very clean and they provide pest control which is always needed at a storage place . To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. As a former employee, I have seen first hand what can be called shady, unethical business practices.

They will lock you out permanently if you're late and continue to charge you without granting access. I had my code locked for 7+ months without being able to access, even while I paid online. They are shady owners, not workers... owners are SNAKES, go else where. 💯 S N A K E S

Giovanni is the worst storage manager I've meet by far. Rude customer service , comes off nice but then turns into a snake. I wouldn't recommend going there while he's employed. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

Please save yourself the stress and DO NOT COME HERE! The manager Giovanni is very rude and provides terrible customer service. I seen that my rent increased and I never got a rent increase notice so I called to explain my financial hardship, he had an attitude and I was gaslighted for seeking assistance. He said he never got me emails, he was short with his answers and rushed me off the phone as if I weren't a tenant. They are overpriced and increase the rates way too often. I have been a tenant for over a year and always pay my bill on time, but the mistreatment is outrageous. The girls that used to work there were very kind, but it seems to have gone downhill since they left.. Take your business elsewhere...I am doing the same.
