Very nice owners and we get the quickest response from them. We have kept our travel trailer here 2 years now. No problems for me. Other lots seem to have serious theft concerns, so far no issues here. The spaces are tight., on gravel and I was snowed in last year and had to wait 2 weeks before the snow melted to a point that I could dig myself out. Yes, they plow, but it ends up with a big mound of snow in front of your lot/rv. Like when the City plows the street, it makes it hard to get out of your driveway. I like having water, air, sewer and propane there. Very, very helpful.

Good storage facility! Easy to navigate and solid lot.spaces are definitely tight, but angled which helps.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. I'm glad I know Jesus cause otherwise I would have called to cuss them out for NOT alerting their customers about a rash of catalytic convertor thefts at their storage facility. They let us find out on our own and didn't bother sending out an e-mail or a note or calling us. We went to pick up our RV to winterize it and realized ours was missing. We went right inside to alert the manager thinking they surely didn't know, so they could let their other customers know to come check on their campers and RVs. Not only did the managers know, they tried to make us feel better by saying "Lots of other people had the same thing happened to them." Well, that wasn't comforting at all. And showed a lack of competence on their part that they didn't think enough of us to send out an e-mail or text blast that vandals had gotten in and stolen parts off our RVs. I shot them a nasty note but soon realized it wouldn't matter and they wouldn't do anything to fix this lack of communication because other Google reviews I'm reading show that folks have had their whole RVs stolen since we've been customers there and we haven't received ONE note about extra protection or security or anything reassuring us that they'd keep our property safe. Do NOT keep your RV or camper at this place if you want to keep it safe. You'll do better leaving it at the Walmart parking lot and taking your chances.

My experience with Sure-Lock was so positive that I'm going back. Others have commented on their bookkeeping......I set up automatic payments from my bank and everything worked smoothly. I was at their second lot. It's true there is no dump station, but the lot is nice and level, there are no weeds, and they keep it under close surveillance by visiting several times during the course of the day. The best place I've ever stored my little vintage camper.

My experience has been great. Unlike the other reviewer who seems to wallow in anger, I have found the folks at SureLock to be great to work with. I've kept a trailer there for 3 years and they've been very gracious and wonderful to work with. I had a few occasions where we were behind on a monthly payment and they called, reminded us of the fact and were very nice. I especially like the security of their yard, the accessibility 7x24, gravel everywhere so there are no mice, a pump out station and friendly people.
