Its a Humongous Mobile Home & RV Park. Its clean with lots of room. They offer nightly spots up front so you don't have to look through the whole park. If you call ahead of time and get situated its a breeze setting the 5th Wheel up for monthly stay. Its clean & the people in the office are very nice & accommodating. Gentleman even offered to help us if we needed it. He didn't have to but he did! We've stay here numerous times. This is our 3rd time for monthly stay due to my husband's job.

Lived here for going on 4 years. Very good place to rent or buy from. The ladies at the front are very nice and are very helpful when needed. Quiet neighborhood and friendly. They do have camping spots at the front to rent out as well. Playground for the kids with a basketball court and a dog run area. Showers with washer and dryer for clothes.

We lived here in our RV for a year with no issues. The sites are spacious and they allow a shed, which many tenants have. The ladies in the office are friendly, professional and accommodating. They offer a nice laundry room, mailboxes, and playground. We were in site 274 and that area was quiet, clean and enjoyable. Our neighbors were friendly and helpful when needed. We appreciated that there were no stray animals and everyone obeyed the leash laws.

My daughter parked her RV here for a few months, nice laundry room, separate mail location, this park has locations for both RV’s and Mobil homes. Easy access off the highway.

It used to be so peaceful, now that more people are moving in , it’s not as peaceful anymore a lot of drivers take up the small road , they don’t want to share the road when driving , they speeding thru knowing the road is not big , running stop signs almost causing accidents, some guy followed my mom when she came to visit because she honked at him for taking up the road , a lot of rules & fees that I don’t understand , Im patiently awaiting my move

Lainie is one of the sweetest ladies in the office. She's always happy to help in any way. She's always been so sweet to me and my wife. Stan goes out on a limb to help anyone at any time. This man has helped me a lot, and he's always in a good mood. Stan is the main reason this place stays in top shape. This man is one of the nicest, kindest people you would ever meet. I hope this place treats them both well, because it's very hard to come by people like this. Thank you both for everything

The ladies in the office are wonderful. And maintenance is very timely and professional. There are some absolute turds living there, but the office is pretty good about removing them. Good place to park a camper/rv long term near everything in the area. Just clean up after yourself in the laundry room. It gets gross in there because people are inconsiderate.

This place cares about profit more than the safety of their tenants. The power poles are outdated and badly wired, causing a trailer to burn down across the road of my site. The power pole on my site also started a fire. Luckily only my power cord was damaged, which cost me about $300. It’s been months and the park refuses to reimburse me or even credit my rent for what I paid. The only excuses I got was “you should’ve had a surge protecter hooked up” and “you’re running too many appliances in there”. A surge protector only protects against surges, not fires. There’s no damage to the electrical components in my $60,000 fifth wheel, there were no surges. Also, if I was using too much power, the breaker on the power pole should’ve flipped to off before overheating. Athens utilities came out to help get my power back on and agreed that the park has bad wiring and stated the management wanted to replace the electric box with the wrong parts to save money.

RV spots are full hookup with plenty of space. Nice laundry facilities and fast access to Brown Ferry station, Buc-ee’s, and a short ride into both Athens and Decatur. Very nice staff; they are very polite and helpful.

Stayed here for about a month while working the refuel outage at Browns Ferry Nuclear. Overall, good experience. The water pressure was on the low side, but serviceable. Our spot was back off the highway, so nice and quiet. Neighbors were harmless, and everybody we dealt with was friendly. The mailboxes and package delivery was great, made getting things much easier than usual at an outage. The laundry facility was very nice, and extremely convenient, even if the big washer was usually broken. Rates were a little on the high side, but not terrible, and it was a decent drive to the plant. The dog park was a great touch, and my 13 year old Husky LOVED getting to stretch his legs over there most days. We had a Tornado Warning while I was there(of course it happened on my night off!), and originally I was going to mention that I was annoyed that the tornado shelter was so crowded and unpleasant, but... There was a tornado shelter. This is the first park I've stayed at that had one. And they even had a designated area in it for people with pets! The staff(or volunteers, I'm not sure) in the shelter did a great job keeping everybody informed and calm, and even if it was crowded, we were safe. This is probably the best place I've parked our camper during an outage, and I'm absolutely going to stay here when I come back for Browns Ferry's next outage. Hopefully I get a good spot again!
