My mother-in-law always said if it’s the truth, I can say it. My wife said if you can’t say anything nice don’t say anything at all. So I’ll stand with that. The only thing that I would add is the following picture of the first bathroom on the right past the office. There is a 3 inch gap at the bottom of the door so you can see everything in that bathroom if you decide to do a peekaboo. 👀

great RV park if you need a place to stay for a long-term work assignment. clean laundry room and showers, and the staff is friendly. this was converted from a mobile home park, and the infrastructure is aging, but fits the bill perfectly for a no-frills overnight stop or a months-long home base. my neighbor has been here a touch over a year. they also sell propane june of 2025, it was $3.75 a gallon.

Horrible place don’t spend your money! Not kept up. Very impersonal customer service. Can’t find your site and pot holes everywhere. No internet! Just fake lies to get your money. Like a truck stop in a neighborhood that seems sketchy. Wants your insurance card Why? Vandalism? Find someplace else.

I stayed almost a week in space 81. When I made my reservation, I could not get a 50A site so reserved a 30A site. I called Sweetwater Creek and with no fuss, they rearranged things so that I could have a site with 50A. Wonderful service! Everything was handled via text and email messages before I arrived. Once on-site, I never saw an employee or an office. Had I needed anything, I had been instructed to call/text Jonathan. He was sure prompt in replying before I arrived so I am sure it would all have been fine had I needed him during my stay. It was kind of weird not checking in at an office but, honestly, I can't complain. The site was clean and the utilities worked. Sweetwater Creek RV Reserve is definitely urban. The sites aren't much wider than the trailers. You definitely won't sit outside for the scenery. Maybe 2/3 to 3/4 of the sites looked to be occupied by long-term residents but all of the units looked to be in good repair. My wife and I definitely felt safe. There are not many choices for RVs in the Atlanta metro area. When we come back to Atlanta, we will stay here again. I gave this four stars instead of five because a) the pavement is so deteriorated that it is almost moon craters, and b) the "scenery" just plain sucks. But for a safe place to hook up and stay, Sweetwater Creek RV Reserve gets five stars.

Great place to stop in Atlanta if you're driving through in an RV. We've stopped here in the past to visit out son who lives in the Atlanta area and this time in June 2024 we had an RV mechanical issue that required our RV to be towed from the park to a nearby area repair shop. The staff were very understanding and polite regarding our situation. The park used to be a trailer park and they are converting it into a RV park. Majority of RVs/trailers are full time there, but they have temporary/pass thru sites & offer full hook-up at a very reasonable price. Folks there are nice, respectful, & we felt safe there. Will definitely keep this on our list of parks for the Atlanta area as there are very few in and around Atlanta.

level spot, nice laundry room, manager good at answering texts but was not in the office when he said he would be so we had to wait/hope to catch him. the trains were crazy loud and frequent-so bad that we could not sleep despite ear plugs and fans and decided to leave a day early. see train schedule below-if you are sensitive to noise I would not . We booked here because we were looking for a place to stay that was close to the Georgia Convention Center - and this place was perfect. Upon arrival, on Saturday, we called the number posted in the office and they immediately answered. They accommodated our request to pick a different spot and were very kind and hospitable. We had a great stay, no one bothered us, everyone kept to themselves. Facilities and grounds were clean. Staff was extremely pleasant. They tell you straight up that this is a very basic campground, and it is. There is nothing other than a laundry facility and bathrooms on site, but across the street is a playground for kids. I have 4 children and they rode their bikes and scooters around the campground without issue, then rode their bikes to the park across the street, without issues. Overall, it was a great experience in a convenient location, which is what we needed. Thank you to Sweetwater.

I've been here a year now. The staff are all very friendly, have good communication with the occupants, and take good care of the grounds. Prices are comparable to other parks in the area. This location is close enough to get anywhere you want in under 20 minutes, but seculded enough to remain peaceful all hours of the day and night. Neighbors are polite and keep to themselves. There's a decent sized park across the street for exercise or dog walking, and it is walking distance from a few gas stations, restaurants, and a dollar general if you don't have a car to drive

Would definitely stay here again. Quiet environment and has the cutest little bathhouse/office. The owner/management was super helpful and took time out of his day to answer questions in a super timely manner. Thank you for allowing our family to stay at your campground for the BMX nationals.

This rv park is a pretty safe place. But owners are 100% about making money do not care about the comfort of guests at all! Spots are tight some people can't roll there awning out all the way. It had a management change, but if the owners don't care nothing can be done to change anything. 1 trash can for all guests not near enough. Trees are very unsafe limbs fall all the time hitting campers and my vehicles. Jonathan is very nice, but owners expect him to work miracles with zero help from them.
